ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Our prices include delivery, installation, measurements and fabrication of materials unless stated otherwise.
The price mentioned on our website is subject to change if there are any changes to the configuration or size after the final field measurement, or any other detail not mentioned in the proposal created previously.
We will not be responsible for any discrepancies in the measurements provided by the customer.
If there is any modification required and the action results in time increase and/or reschedule, there may be extra charges.
To get information regarding the warranty of the product you have purchased, please contact your sales representative. We shall not be responsible for any damage caused by other companies.
We will not be responsible for special incidental or consequential damages.
If we have provided labor to install products provided by customers, we will not be responsible for the quality of the products.
Any additional item that is not listed in the product catalog or is installed on demand may cause a change in pricing and will be a subject to written change order.
Any change in order may increase material delivery time.
Lead times given to customers are solely based on the information received by manufacturers and suppliers. The time is subject to change without any prior information. Window Medics will not be responsible for any delay caused due to suppliers and manufacturers.
A visit for field measurement and another for the installation of the products are included in the quoted price. Additional visits or any visit on request may involve additional charges.
Invoice is provided only on request.
Customers are required to deposit 50% of the total amount (including materials and labor) for custom orders at the time of order placement and the remaining amount upon work completion.
It is advisable that you inspect all the products including windows, doors, glass and any other minor or major product at the time of pickup and delivery or during installation. We will not be responsible for any damage after the product is delivered and accepted by you.
Packing is available on request and requires you to pay extra. Make sure to request for packing at the time of order.
We are not responsible for any existing structural issues that may interfere with the process of product installation.
If the dimensions are changed after the measurements are taken, which leads to inability of installation, there will be additional charges for size adjustments.
We will not hold stock after 30 days of the purchase date. Customer items should be picked up during this period. By the end of 30 days, we will discard all the items, and no refund will be issued.
Customers will be charged a processing fee if a credit card is used at the time of purchase.
